This Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer ("Risk Disclosure") applies to all content, tools, analytics, bots/AI outputs, alerts, community discussions (including Discord), and any other materials or features provided by Patrium Consulting LLC (doing business as NocNoe), a Colorado limited liability company ("NocNoe"). This Risk Disclosure is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service.

Hypothetical Performance Disclosure

Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight.   • Outages, latency, data feed issues, broker API changes, or connectivity failures can cause losses.
  • Stop orders are not guaranteed to limit losses in fast markets.
  • You may be filled at worse prices than expected (slippage).
  • System failures can occur without notice.

You are responsible for monitoring and managing your trading activity.

7. Third-Party and Community Content

Discord/community posts and third-party content are not verified. Others may be wrong, misleading, or deceptive. You accept all risks of relying on community content.

Bot/AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated. Do not rely on AI/bot outputs for trading decisions. Verify everything independently.
