- Payment processors (confirmation of payment, chargeback status) including Stripe.
- Analytics and advertising partners.
- Integrations you connect (for example, trading platform or broker connections you authorize).
4. How We Use Information
We may use Personal Information to:
- Provide and operate the Services (accounts, subscriptions, features, access control).
- Deliver community features (Discord/community moderation and support).
- Provide bots/AI features (generate responses, maintain conversation context, improve performance, detect abuse).
- Provide trading add-ons and analytics (ingest and display Trade Data you provide; generate dashboards, statistics, and alerts).
- Improve and develop the Services (debugging, feature testing, research, training internal models, product analytics).
- Security and fraud prevention (detect suspicious activity, enforce Terms, protect users and the Services).
- Marketing and promotions (email/SMS/Discord DMs where permitted; promotions, offers, upsells, cross-sells).
- Sell and share information as described below (including to marketing/advertising partners).
- Legal and compliance (respond to lawful requests, comply with applicable law, enforce agreements).
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose Personal Information to:
- Service providers and contractors who help operate the Services (hosting, analytics, customer support, email/SMS, security).
- Payment processors to process transactions (including Stripe).
- Advertising and marketing partners (including for measurement and targeted advertising).
- Affiliates and business partners for internal operations and offers.
- Other users if you post content publicly or in community channels.
- Legal and safety recipients (law enforcement, regulators, courts) when required or to protect rights and safety.
- Parties involved in corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, financing, bankruptcy, sale of assets).
6. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
A) We May Sell or Share Personal Information
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to sell and/or share Personal Information, including contact information, to third parties for marketing, lead generation, advertising and measurement, enrichment and analytics, and offers from third parties and partners.
B) Categories That May Be Sold/Shared
Depending on your interactions, we may sell/share:
- Identifiers (name, email, phone, online identifiers).
- Internet/network activity data (device IDs, browsing/usage signals).
- Commercial information (purchase history, subscription tier).
- Inferences (preferences, likely interests).
- In some cases, trading-related metadata you provide (generally in aggregated or de-identified form unless you expressly provide identifiable Trade Data and the law permits).
C) Your Opt-Out Rights
Where required by law (including California), you may opt out of sale and/or sharing by using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of every page, and/or by using a browser/device opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). We will process opt-out requests as required by law.
On nocnoe.com, when you use that link, or when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not load Google Analytics or PostHog (including PostHog session recordings) in that browser. The footer choice is saved in your browser's local storage, so it applies per browser and device and is cleared if you clear your site data. To opt out of sale or sharing of information tied to your account (for example, your email address), contact us at the address below and we will apply it to your account.
7. Sensitive Personal Information
We may collect and use Sensitive Personal Information (as defined by applicable law) for account security and authentication, fraud prevention, providing requested features (including integrations you enable), and compliance and recordkeeping. Where required, you may have the right to limit certain uses or disclosures of Sensitive Personal Information.
8. Your Choices and Controls
A) Account and Communications
- You can update certain account information in your profile (if available).
- You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link.
- You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP (standard messaging rates may apply).
- You may still receive transactional or service communications (for example, receipts and security notices).
B) Cookies and Advertising Controls
You can control cookies via browser settings and may have options to opt out of targeted advertising through industry tools and device settings. Some features may not function without certain cookies.
We use Google Analytics and PostHog for product analytics. PostHog may record sessions to help us fix problems; recordings mask the text and form inputs on the page. Both are skipped entirely when the "Do Not Sell or Share" opt-out, Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is set. We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which collect aggregate, cookieless page and performance metrics.
9. Data Retention
We retain Personal Information as long as reasonably necessary for operating the Services, fulfilling the purposes described in this policy, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary based on data type, legal requirements, and operational needs.
10. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children / Age Limits
The Services are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 18. If we learn we collected such data, we will take steps to delete it.
12. California Privacy Notice
If you are a California resident, you may have rights (subject to exceptions) to know/access the Personal Information we collected about you, delete Personal Information (with exceptions), correct inaccurate Personal Information, opt out of sale/sharing, limit certain uses of Sensitive Personal Information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
How to Submit California Requests
Email: legal@nocnoe.com
We may need to verify your request (for example, by confirming account access or matching information). You may use an authorized agent where allowed by law.
13. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain processing (such as targeted advertising, sale of personal information, or profiling). Submit requests using the methods above.
